On a folltreatment on Nov 19, to an implant procedure done back in June to remove the cap and insert screw and AFTER such said folltreatment was completed I was told I owed over $for the service because it was a "Stage 2" treatment I was never informed of this cost on my original comprehensive treatment plan even though this procedure was required as part of the implant process Not only was there no transparency in this practice of informing me of costs, but the fact it was done AFTER the procedure was completed NOT allowing me to make any scheduling decisions or planning to balance against remaining calendar dental insurance benefits as well as planning for HSA account monies or even to shop around for better price on the complete implant procedure before I even started the implant Product_Or_Service: Dental Implant
