films and with your help along with the nearly other members, we can keep the "reels" rolling and the popcorn popping.Secondly, and most importantly, I want to offer my sincerest apologies about the delay in receiving your membership packet and gift certificate you received from your coworkersWe received your complaint from the Revdex.com and I want you to know that I take this very seriously.Included in this letter, find your membership card and goodies, your $Gift certificate, and a special gift.Our new system most definitely has some "kinks" to work out and it is unfair and unprofessional that it did not arrive in a timely mannerYour membership processing definitely fell through the cracks and when you emailed me, it was my forgetfulness that kept me from making sure your membership was sentHonestly, I thought your membership and gift card had gone out already, but I do hope my incorrect assumptions won't tarnish your relationship with the MCI started this job less than a year ago, am very proud of the work that my comanager *** *** and l are doing, and keep learning new things every dayI take this as another learning experience and look forward to welcoming you at the MC soonSee you at the movies

Review: On 3/20/2014 my co-worker, [redacted], purchased a $150.00 gift certificate and a $35.00 membership from Midtown Cinema as a gift for me. She collected this money from my co-workers as a going away gift. I contacted Midtown Cinema by email on 4/3/2014 to inquire as to why I have not received the gift certificate or membership package promised in their reply email to [redacted]. Their response email read "Thank you for joining the membership program at the Midtown Cinema. This email confirms that your membership has been processed! You will receive your welcome packet in the mail shortly. We appreciate your support and patronage! Signed, The MC Staff. This email was received on 3/20/2014.I sent another email to [redacted] on 4/9/2014 and attached their email promising to send me what was promised in their email on 3/20/2014. I contacted them by phone and I was told by a staff member that they had a backlog of memberships they have yet to send to people and that they would get around to it. Today is 4/30/2014 and I still have not received the gift certificate or membership.Desired Settlement: I simply want what was paid for - the $150.00 gift certificate and membership.
