response to previous resident [redacted] not receiving his deposit check in a timely manner. Alliance Residential received and processed his final account on 12/26/18 due to Christmas Holiday. The account was finalized and first check was mailed out on 01/10/18 to last known address. No forwarding address was provided to the onsite management team. On 02/07/18 the check was received returned to sender. On 02/14/18 a new check was mailed out with the correct forwarding address provided by the resident. As of 02/26/18 the check has been cashed. We apologize for the delay and hope that this resolves the concerns of our customer. Sincerely Midtown Commons at Crestview Station.
