I visited the office in JanuaryMy card was charged twice ($total) and they aren't willing to resolve the issue
Once I discovered that my card was charged twice for my visit, I contacted the office notifying them of the issue asking for a refund They responded saying they'd check with their cc machine vendor about the charges They concluded 4-days later that the charge didn't happen but once and they wouldn't be issuing a refund My back, ***, shows the first charge was with a PIN number and the second was run as credit I'm not sure if their unwillingness to resolve the matter is b/c in -office theft (compromised my card) or just no desire to provide me with satisfactory customer service
