Midtown Flats

There was a period of transition that was taking place the first couple of months as the management of your building changed from Zender to CRF dba Indy Flats.  There were several staffing changes during this period as well and as a result I believe there was some communication that got lost...

in translation.  I am the property manager and started with the company in Mid-August.  I too am working to get up to speed with everything that has taken place since July first.  In looking at your ledger today I do see that all payments have been posted to your account and you currently have a zero balance until rent becomes due again in November.  I certainly understand how frustrated you must have been and sincerely apologize for everything you have had to endure as we experience this transition.  My hope is that you won’t face any other negative experiences with our office and give us the opportunity to continue making improvements.  Please feel free to direct any other issues or concerns to the rental office.  Thank You!   Leah P[redacted] Property Manager Indy Flats (Northside Flats & Midtown Flats) PH:  (317) 488-8800
