There is nothing further I can say to satisfy this homeowner and his complaints against Midtown Management are invalid We answer and respond to all of his texts, phone calls and inquiries almost immediately and do everything we can to properly and timely address any work orders he may have that are the HOA's responsibility to maintain This owner seems to be overall very disgruntled with the community he has chosen to purchase several homes at as well as other family members and we happen to manage this HOA We do not make the policies and do the best job we can to act in accordance with the Governing Documents and under the direction and supervision of the elected homeowners who serve as the Board of Directors Respectfully I do not wish to continue having to respond to these messages and I cannot change [redacted] 's feelings or whatever further action he decides to take We will continue doing the best job we possibly can for the HOA while we manage them Thank you.Sonya [redacted] , CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
All my claims are valid, definitely not invalidEspecially when I have documentation to back them upMidtown management say that they follow the rules, when in fact that isn’t all trueThat inspection report Sonya added recently to this complaint thread that was created by *** *** was supposed to be sent to be as wellThe first time I saw it and even knew it existed was last monthThe report was created in JuneI sent two check to Sonya and Connie at the beginning of JulyThose were specifically for my HOA Dues for August and SeptemberI posted dated each checkOne for 8-1-and the other for 9-1-I sent an email after I mailed them to Midtown management stating that they were for HOA only and not for the outstanding balanceBoth checks were deposited on 7-24-2017, despite the fact that they were post datedThat’s not supposed to happenIf Midtown Management and the HOA are going by the rules, I should of been awardin a hearing in front of the board members, which I was denied without reasoningSonya mentioned to me that since the community is considered “Condominium Declaration” they have the right to use my HOA dues towards outstanding balancesI read the declaration, and no where in there does it state thatShe also mentioned in her last response that board members are electedWell recently a board members resigned and another was put in place without any homeowners knowledgeWe weren’t even given a chance to cast a voteShe might call me disgruntled, but please don’t mistaken me looking out for my own as disgruntledMaybe they are used to homeowners not caring about HOA and managment complies doing whatever they want and getting away with itThat doesn’t work with me, especially when part of that money comes from meI have asked for documentation of the past roof jobs, which are public information to the homeownersThat request was over a month and a half ago, and they have been completely ignoredSo I’m sorry that they don’t like getting a complaint on Revdex.com, but I’m sorry, that’s what this isnhere forAlso I do have to mention that the inspection report didn’t even address the damaged area that started this whole thingThe pictures he took had absolutely nothing to do with itHe even took pictures of parts of AC from other units and made it look like it was mineWhat they don’t realize is, I’m on that roof way more than they even have beenI know more about my roofs than they doAnd each time my AC guy is up there, I’m up there with himSo to Put the blame on someone when they have absolutely noooo proof is crazy and baseless.
Regards,

There is nothing further I can say to satisfy this homeowner and his complaints against Midtown Management are invalid.  We answer and respond to all of his texts, phone calls and inquiries almost immediately and do everything we can to properly and timely address any work orders he may have that are the HOA's responsibility to maintain.  This owner seems to be overall very disgruntled with the community he has chosen to purchase several homes at as well as other family members and we happen to manage this HOA.  We do not make the policies and do the best job we can to act in accordance with the Governing Documents and under the direction and supervision of the elected homeowners who serve as the Board of Directors.  Respectfully I do not wish to continue having to respond to these messages and I cannot change [redacted]'s feelings or whatever further action he decides to take.  We will continue doing the best job we possibly can for the HOA while we manage them.  Thank you.Sonya [redacted], CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Good morning.  Thank you for forwarding the complaint that was made by [redacted] Ankar however, this is the 1st notice we have received regarding this complaint. [redacted] Ankar is a homeowner at Beverly Hill Townhouses where we manage the homeowners association.  [redacted] has multiple units he...

rents out and he does receive more than the norm of Deed Restriction letters due to the tenants he has residing in his units, etc.Not only is all of the information stated by [redacted] false and inaccurate but Midtown Management Corporation is only following the direction of the Board of Directors, comprised of 3 homeowners.  [redacted] was charged back for damage to the roof of one of his units based upon the findings by the roofing company, [redacted].  [redacted] specifically stated that the only way the damage could have been done to this roof was from the ac company [redacted] had doing the work.  Please see attached an email conversation with [redacted] with [redacted].  We placed the charges for the roof repair on [redacted]'s account and he was sent a copy of the invoice along with a statement of the charges.  [redacted] refused to pay so his account was turned over to the HOA's attorney for collections.  Prior to that [redacted] had an attorney write to us on his behalf and the HOA's attorney wrote a response to her.  See attached.  [redacted] was sending us over 10 emails a day disputing and arguing this charge and I asked him to please stop emailing us or it would be considered harassment since this was something that had already been turned over to the HOA's attorney and he could speak to them directly.  This is not the first occasion we have had with [redacted] being belligerent and attacking us when things do not go as he wants them to when dealing with HOA matters.  [redacted] has had many issues with contractors hired by the association who are doing work on behalf of the association and uses his bullying technique to try to get his way.   Midtown Management does not have any authority to act upon ourselves when charging owners back for fees, sending deed restriction letters, etc. , nor do we make the rules of the association.  Our job is to manage and oversee the enforcement of the policies and rules of the association under the direction of the Board of Directors.    Please feel free to reach out to me with any further questions. Thank you.
