Review: On June 15, 2016 I went to this establishment to get my eyes checked I was told I was going to get my glasses 2 or 3 weeks later well as July 19, 2016 don't have them I went in to see if my glasses where there guess what they weren't there so on that day I asked for my refund which they did refund my money on the debit card as of today July 22, 2016 still haven't received my money I just don't want to have the same issue that I had with glasses and the same issue with my refund I will put a complaint with [redacted] I'm sure they have policies on this PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP!!!!!!!!

Review: I purchased a second set of eyeglasses, about three months after the first pair. The second set were sunglasses. The second set were suppose to be no- line bifocals. Two weeks after placing the order the glasses were ready. When placing the order I paid two hundred and left a balance of 262.00. When I picked up the glasses another employee not the one who ori[redacted]lly took my order gave me the glasses. The glasses were not no-line bi-focals. I let the employee know and showed her my old sunglasses that I was trying to replace. She said that the new glasses were going to cost more somewhere close to 800 hundred dollars because they would have to use a different type of lens. I told them that I could not afford them and to just give my money back. She called another employee named [redacted]. She said that they would give me the 800 hundred dollar glasses as a one time thing because I had purchased a set glasses earlier in the year. I agreed and they asked me to pay the remainder 262.00. About a month went by before I called them to ask them if the new set were ready, they said they ready. I went and picked up the glasses another employee fitted the new set. I told them then that the distance was not clear and when I looked to the side I saw something like a double vision. They kept the glasses and said that they would make some adjustments. A couple of weeks went by before the new set were ready. I went again and that's when [redacted] fitted me. Again the distance was not clear, she asked me to look outside and that's when I told her that a stop sign is out 100 hundred yards away was blurry, I had trouble focusing on STOP letters on the stop sign. She asked me to try them for awhile that these lenses were different then my old set, I did. I gave them a try, but I no luck they made me little dizzy after wearing them, when I drove on the freeway I had a tough time making out the letters on exit signs. I took them back and asked for money back, [redacted] said no money back, because it's been 30 days.Desired Settlement: Because they kept trying not take a loss on this and not letting me know about the 30 day policy until almost three months went by. They should give me back my money. They should have gave me my money back after the first set they messed up. I really don't think they made the 800 hundred dollar set they agreed to sell for 462.00. They used a lower class of lenses and they were not just not working out. I could see better with my old set of sunglasses then the pair they were trying to sell me.
