Do NOT call these people unless you have a money tree growing in your back yard! I had toilets running/leaking inside the tankThe plumber asked my fiance if we wanted the toilets rebuilt because they would last longer (my home was built in 2003)Side note, the plumber arrived 15-minutes early and I wasn't home yetMy fiance said okay to the work being done because honestly he was trying to get out the door to workNormally I wouldn't complain about a repair man arriving early but in this case it was an inconvenience Anyway, my understanding of rebuilding a toilet is "putting new guts in" which you can buy a kit for at Lowes for $yet my bill ended up being $475! I asked for an itemized statement for what I was being charged but was told that all toilets are different (um okay) and that the bill was just for the "job"I was told the job has to cover the company's insurance, gas, and the plumber leaving my house to go get the partsShouldn't "toilet guts" be something standard a plumber keeps on their truck? After the plumber left I was so upset that I called other companies in Raleigh to ask what they would charge for the same jobTheir charges were $150-$LESS than Midtown I hate to think what Midtown would charge for a big job! Good luck if you use them!

Midtown Plumbing has been my "go to" plumbing company for years and it is their highly reliable service and honest approach that I value most when helping clients buy and sell homes around Raleigh Their plumbers are respectful, on time and highly knowledgeable I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing for any plumbing need in you home

My family and I were very impressed with Midtown PlumbingThe staff is very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable I feel confident in their work and I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs I highly recommend them and they treat you like family

We've had to call Midtown Plumbing twice in the past month or so for a couple different issuesLet's face it; these types of situations are never fun, but both times MP made it as painless and seamless as could be expectedEstimated cost was provided before work was done and one of the times we were given two options depending on how conservative we wanted to beBoth times the tech who came out was super friendly and professionalHe called ahead to say he was nearby and could come early if it was convenient - so much better than companies who give you a window and you sit around waiting forever!
Two thumbs up!!

We were so pleased with our service with midtown plumbing. There were so professional and quickly fixed our problems that two other plumbing companies didn't fix. I'd give them an A+!

I reached out to Midtown Plumbing once I noticed my upstairs toilet was leaking. They were referred to me by several of my friends and I am glad that I called them! The service and prices were better than companies I have used in the past, and they were at my house the following day. I will be using Midtown Plumbing anytime I am in need of a plumber and I encourage everyone else to do the same!

Do NOT call these people unless you have a money tree growing in your back yard! I had 2 toilets running/leaking inside the tank. The plumber asked my fiance if we wanted the toilets rebuilt because they would last longer (my home was built in 2003). Side note, the plumber arrived 15-20 minutes early and I wasn't home yet. My fiance said okay to the work being done because honestly he was trying to get out the door to work. Normally I wouldn't complain about a repair man arriving early but in this case it was an inconvenience. Anyway, my understanding of rebuilding a toilet is "putting new guts in" which you can buy a kit for at Lowes for $20 yet my bill ended up being $475! I asked for an itemized statement for what I was being charged but was told that all toilets are different (um okay) and that the bill was just for the "job". I was told the job has to cover the company's insurance, gas, and the plumber leaving my house to go get the parts. Shouldn't "toilet guts" be something standard a plumber keeps on their truck? After the plumber left I was so upset that I called 2 other companies in Raleigh to ask what they would charge for the same job. Their charges were $150-$225 LESS than Midtown. I hate to think what Midtown would charge for a big job! Good luck if you use them!
