Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] The water in the sewer pipe is from clean out to the sewer and the stoppage was between clean out and houseHis tech was unable to go towards the houseHe said there was something in the way!!! I asked the tech if he has any heads he could put on his snake to help break the stoppageNo, he don't have anythingAfter installing the toilet, I asked him if he was going to caulk it againHe did not have any caulkingI asked the tech whats with a warranty? (usually these plumbers give you a day warranty)He told me it will not happen again, but if it does to give them a call.I apologize for yelling, but you never know what a person is going throughAgain, I was able to go towards the house (the stoppage was worse than the first time) and break the stoppage

Hello Revdex.com,Yes we did go out to this customers house Tueday 11-25-14we ran our diagnostics, ran sewer cable machine thru clean out towards alley, then towards house and still didn't want to unstop so we called home warranty company and they denied claim so customer went all
crazy!!using very foul language on the phone and then he removed phone from his face and started to yell at the top of his lungs like a lunatic ...literally....... I proceeded to explain to the customer that if the claim is denied he would have to hire us directly, he then stated that he didn't have any money so I told him that we would have to leave he said just do the job ill pay u some how we usually don't go off of that kind of answer but it being the holidays I decided to go ahead n help him...not judging my better judgment!!because I'm very skeptical on helping people out I've been burned a couple times but anywayswe pulled commode and ran cable several times and still drain wasn't draining so tech called me and I advised him to go thru the roof vent and run snake thru there so then finally the drain was unstopped and draining but we advised customer to be careful because the pipe was flowing but it still had water sitting at the bottom of the sewer pipe which means that the drainage system in his house isn't proper and needs to be replaced But anyways that's a different matter on Thursday he called back and said that he had a sewer stoppage again and asked me that if I remembered him I asked for his name and address and the I told him oh yeah the guy that went all crazy on the phone, and started yelling yeah I remember you he then asked if I could go back to his house because he was having issues with his plumbing I told him yes sir but I cant do it today were closed for the holidays till Mondayand he simple said okay I never once told him that I wouldn't go back , now if he couldn't wait that's on him were sorry for any inconvenience that he went thru but we were closed for the holidays and as far as his money back we charged for our time there and his service fee that his home warranty makes him pay and he will NOT get a refundWe went far beyond our service to help him out even after the fact that he cussed up a storm and yelled at us or at who ever he was yelling at ....you should've of heard him you probably would've grabbed your tools n left but we understand how frustrating this type of stuff is we deal with it everyday.Please feel free to call me directly *** *** ###-###-#### if you have any more questions as you can see we aim to please our customers we've never had a complaint because we strive on helping our community even when they loose it and act all aggressive towards us on the field, but sometimes I don't care what u do sometimes there isn't any pleasing on some customers

After installing the toilet, I asked him if he was going to caulk it again. He did not have any caulking. I asked the tech whats with a warranty? (usually these plumbers give you a 30 day warranty). He told me it will not happen again, but if it does to give them a call.I apologize for yelling, but you never know what a person is going through. Again, I was able to go towards the house (the stoppage was worse than the first time) and break the stoppage
