Review: [redacted] Splichal had ordered orthopedics for me, at the time I placed the order I paid half of the balance of 250.00 and at the time of pick up I paid the balance of 250.00 with my debit card. I was given 30 days to return the product if I was not satisfied. Which I did return a week later, they hurt my feet more than helped. I drafted a document where it indicated I was returning the product for FULL refund, and I had the person who received them sign the document. She made a copy of the signed document and told me it would be 45 days which fell a couple days before christmas 2013, I repeated to her "45 days, including saturday and sunday, she agreed). I called around xmas time to check on the status and the same receptionist said I miss understood that it was 45 business days which falls around Jan **, 2014. Today is Jan. **, 2014 and I am still short $500.00. I have called a couple of times and the office manager does not call me back and is never available when I call. I would really appreciate help with this matter. I have called and left a message on their answering machine again, and Chatted with a representative who said they would forward my information to the office for a call back.
