There has been a leaking hole in my roof since April. Nothing has been done to repair it, despite how many times I have complained about it.These apartments are not taken care of at all. There is no radiator heat in the winter, even though you have to pay for the gas. There has been a leaking hole in my ceiling for five months and they keep giving me the run around, saying insurance hasn't cleared. There are other water damage spots as well. My rug has been rolled up in a corner since April and the apartment now smells of mildew. The landlord told me if I included a receipt for febreze with my rent check he would reimburse me for it. Absolutely awful.Desired SettlementI was informed by my landlord that I would be financially reimbursed for having to deal with this for so long, but have not been given a discount on my rent, etc.Business Response Work began on the roof 9-13-13 and will be completed soon. We are making arrangements to do the repairs on the inside. Also, the tenant asked if she could get out of her lease and I said she could move out. She will be receiving a rental credit when the problem has been resolved.
