[redacted] and I personally handled the property management of Mr. and Mrs.  [redacted] property located at [redacted].This account had a tenant that had to be evicted from the property and immediate after the eviction process was completed the property [redacted]’s ([redacted] and [redacted]) decide they no longer wanted our company Midtowne Realty Group to manage their property.Of course after being in real estate for over 30 years and owning and operating my own company for 8 years I have very strong policy and procedures in place for any customers disputes; situations and complaints.There is definitely a mis-understanding regarding the [redacted]’s account (see attached final [redacted]’s accounting statement).March rent payment $1300 was held in the court registry until September 2015; once it was released $130.00 management fee; $780.00 property management termination fee and $512.00 eviction service fees were deducted which left the account negative $122.00.This account has been closed and the balance due to Midtowne Realty Group is $122.00. This statement does not include Court registry fee $28.00; and $150.00 property vacancy fee ($50.00 a month) due to Midtowne Realty Group and unaccounted time/ hours spent driving to their property and overseeing the entire home being painted inside and out for over a period of 3 weeks.My [redacted] did not received a copy of the signed property management withdrawal agreement withdrawal and billed an additional month management fees which brought the total to $910.00;  the account has been adjusted to remove additional $130.00 management fee and revised copy of the final accounting has been mail to the property [redacted]’s ([redacted]).We go way beyond the call of duty; work extremely hard on behalf of our property [redacted]s and strive to provide exceptional customer service at all time.
