[redacted] was with us from 5/17/2017 thru 5/25/2017, an eight day stay.  Mom requested 4 half days of daycare during his stay to socialize with the other dogs at our facility.  We provided everything she asked for, [redacted] was offered the food his Mom had provided each day at both 9:00 am and...

3:00pm, prepared according to the instructions that were provided to us.  [redacted] was not the best eater as is common for dogs boarding, however he did take part in snack time when he was in daycare. Toward the end of his stay we noticed he appeared to have a rash and we contacted Mom to find out if she knew of anything [redacted] maybe allergic to.  He didn't seem to be bothered by the rash as he wasn't itchy.  We showed it to Mom when she came to pick up and asked her to let us know if she discovered something [redacted] might have been allergic to or if she discovered what had caused the rash, we have not heard anything yet.  We have multiple pictures of [redacted] in daycare with the other dogs playing and happy.  He was not exposed to anything unusual or out of the ordinary.  He also had no diarrhea while at our facility.  She also signed our contract that states she will be responsible for any veterinary costs if any are uncured.  We have many dogs that come to our facility on a daily basis that have not experienced allergic reactions.  We provided a fun and caring environment for [redacted] during his stay.

This is not true. The facility did not take adequate care is why he had the diarrhea, rash and bacterial infection when picked up. The Vet also saw these things and was very concerned about this facility and wonder who they were and their location. I am very displeased with this response as it indicates this facility is being very defensive and not omitting to being responsible for the caring of my dog. I am definitely going to add my comments and feedback on her website so others can be informed off this facility and my experience. The loss of weight, bacterial infection and all the suffering should have been brought to my attention earlier and not close to my arrival on Thursday 5/25 as they only phoned me on Tuesday 5/23. There is no way [redacted] could have had these issues in two days. These issues had to appeared longer than that is why I am concern the facility worried about collecting their fees for his stay, and not caring about [redacted] the health and security of my dog. They only gave me 3 day notice is why I needed to make sure this is reported to Revdex.com in case others have this experience. I will make sure I comment to [redacted] and others about this issue.
