With reference to your letter dated April the 4" with a response from Client [redacted] complaint number [redacted] , I am attaching herewith a time line sent by her with regards to her start and end time which is self explanatory and exceeded the time allotted for their wedding reception until 8 hours in spite of 7 hours, as per contract the allotted time clearly indicates 7 paid hours and Fox Chase Manor can charge for any additional hours if exceeded by the clients as per Fox Chase policy based on retention of employees for additional services, salaries and other services provided, we hope to resolve this matter amicably and extend our sincere efforts for the same,

With reference to your letter dated March 14th with no regards to a complaint with assigned ID of [redacted] , we are pleased to submit a self explanatory contract that was signed between Fox Chase Manor and the complainant [redacted] , the contract clearly indicates the timing of the event that [redacted] Paid for and the duly singed end of event separate document with the actual timing of event from start to end with the signature of Her Husband/Groom at the night of event as an acknowledgement of the sameThe actual hours of event for which Fox Chase was Paid for were and hence the guests stayed back until 11pm which resulted in extra hour and half as additional charges from the start time of 3:pm as per the singed sheet and contract as attached with this letterPlease do not hesitate to contact us if you require any more clarifications,Best Regards,Truly Qadeer A***
