Peter came to buy a boat from me, stating that he was not a reseller, which clearly he is Him and his partner Mike tried to scam me into accepting a low ball offer, they tried telling me that there was a bunch of stuff wrong with the boat, which I had checked out and weren't at all what they were saying Be careful of these guys, they will scam you!

[redacted] Hello, I received your letter dated 2/27/in the mail yesterday on 3/4/I have chosen to email my response due to the day response deadlineI appreciate the information provided from Midway, however I still disagree and reject the business’ responseThe dollar amount of the bike being reduced by dollars was that we were a return customer and purchasing a carThe car was not discounted that we were made aware by dollarsThe second vehicle didn’t really meet our needs after some thought, we told them this at the time I signed the paperwork for the bikeThat is when my husband left on the bike and the salesman said we had a few more things to signBut the salesmen said think it over , being this transaction took place late day and get back to him on MondayThe car dealership was notified on Monday, and we were even told they had more vehicles for us to look at but, we chose to no longer purchase a second vehicle at that timeThey told us we needed to pay extra money to secure the loan for the bike, in other words because we did not put cash down on the loan we would need to do that to make the loan workI did not sign anything that said if we did not purchase the bike, the price of the bike would revert back to the original amountWhat he had me sign was a sticky note that he put on a stack of papersThe sticky note reads “ $due If Chevy Malibu not purchased can have days to pay” this is not a contractAlso, the only contact we had with Midway after that conversation was Nov14, and that was the note requesting the dollars that was owedAfter we called Midway that day no other communication has occurred other than collection activity from a third party representing themThe sticky note doesn’t fully represent my version or the sale persons’ version of what occurredI realize Midway has several dealerships in our area and appear to conduct a lot of business with vehicles, boats, rv etcI believe this matter would be best settled either by Midway dismissing the charge on my credit report and stop collection activities against my husband and myself If this is simply not possible, I would be willing to settle this case for payable to Midway in cash/money order on 3/20/and have my husbands and my credit report cleaned from this eventI believe a lot of miscommunication took place during this purchase, and believe at least Midway should meet us half way and then end this ordealIf neither of the two previous options are viable, then we stand by the original response of reject the business accountThank you for your time, Regards, [redacted]

WOULD LIKE TO SAY HE HAS AN ISSUE OF TELLING THE TRUTHMR*** CONTACTED US EARLY DECEMBER TO CLEAN HIS DUCTS, HE ASKED HOW MUCH AND THE PROCEDURE, HE EXPLAINED THEY WERE REDOING THE HOUSE AND HE WAS CONCERNED WITH DUST AND DEBRISI EXPLAINED THAT WE USE THE ROTO VAC SYSTEM WHICH USES A HIGH POWERED VACCUUM WITH A SPINNING BRUSH THAT WOULD KICK UP THE DUST WHICH WOULD THEN BE SUCKED INTO THE VAC SYSTEMI ALSO EXPLAINED THAT WE DON'T CLEAN THE DUCTS LIKE 90% OF OUR COMPETITION DOES (MEANING WE DONT USE HIGH VOLUME AIR TO BLOW THE DUST THROUGH THE HEATING DUCTS) HE AGREED TO ARE SET PRICE OF FOR THE FIRST VENTS AND FOR EACH ADDITIONALWE SENT MEN OUT FOR THE JOB AND THEY WERE THERE FOR CLOSE TO HOURS BECAUSE THE VENTS WERE SO FULL OF DRYWALL DUST, NAILS, AND SMALL PIECES OF DRYWALL WHICH CAME FROM THE WALLS THAT HAD NO DRYWALL ON THEMWHEN MY MEN RETURNED I ASKED THEM WHAT TOOK SO LONG AND THEY EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS MORE THAN PET DANDER, DUST MITES AND THE USUAL DIRT THAT ACCUMULATESI ASKED THEM HOW THINGS WENT AND THEY EXPLAINED THAT EVERYTHING WENT WELL EXCEPT THE BASEMENT VENT, I ASKED WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM AND THEY EXPLAINED THE LIGHTING WAS OUT ON THE SIDE OF THE BASEMENT THEY WERE WORKING BUT THEY WERE CONFIDENT IT WAS CLEANED PROPERLYSOME WEEKS LATER, SHORTLY AFTER CHRISTMAS WE WERE SHUT DOWN FOR A FEW WEEKS AND MR*** CALLED AND TOLD ME HE HAD A MOLD REMOVAL COMPANY OUT AND THAT THEY MADE A REMARK THAT THE BASEMENT DUCT DIDN'T LOOK VERY CLEAN AND IT HAD MOLD IN ITI EXPLAINED THAT WE DONT REMOVE MOLD AND THAT THE GUYS TOLD ME THERE WAS NO LIGHT AND THAT COULD HAVE BEEN THE REASON THEY MIGHT OF MISSED SOME DUST, THEN I EXPLAINED THAT WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND THE GUYS OUT TO REDO ITHE THEN EXPLAINED THAT IT HAD ALREADY BEEN DONE TWO WEEKS PRYOR AND WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I WOULD DOI EXPLAINED THAT I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS FAIR THAT HE DIDN'T CALL US RIGHT AWAY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY TO REFUND THE HE WAS CHARGED FOR THAT VENTHE THEN SAID HE WOULD LIKE FOR HIS INCONVENIENCE, I TOLD HIM THAT ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME THAT HE BE SATISFIED AND THAT I WOULD CALL HIM BACK WHEN I GOT BACK IN TOWN, AFTER I HAD A TALK WITH MY EMPLOYEES THAT WERE OUTI TOLD HIM SOMETIME AFTER JANUARY WHEN WE RETURNEDAFTER SPEAKING WITH MY TWO MEN (ONE NAMED RONNIE WHO IS MY SON AND THE OTHER NAMED DAVID WHO HAS BEEN WITH ME YEARS AND HAS INUMERABLE COMPLIMENTS FROM PAST CUSTOMERS), THEY BOTH AGREED STRONGLY THAT ALL VENTS WERE CLEANED PROPERLY AND THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO ISSUE OF ANY KINDAFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM I PLANNED ON CALLING MR*** THE FOLLOWING DAY, BUT HE ENDED UP CALLING ME FIRST, I WAS NOT AVOIDING HIM, I JUST WANTED TO HEAR BOTH SIDES CF STORYWHEN MR*** CALLED BACK HE WAS VERY p2RUDE AND STARTED TO TALK LOUDLY, I EXPLAINED WHAT DAVE AND MY SON SAID AND THAT FOR SAKE OF ARGUMENT I WOULD REFUND THE VENT THAT HE SAID WAS DIRTY, HE THEN SAID ALL THE VENTS WERE DIRTY AND THEY HAD MOLD, I EXPLAINED THAT FIRST OF ALL WE DON'T REMOVE MOLD AND THAT SECOND OF ALL WE WERE TALKING ABOUT PARTICULAR VENT, HE THEN GOT LOUDER AND SAID FORGET THE I WAS ASKING FOR, NOW THINK YOU SHOULD RETURN THE WHOLE EVERYTIME I STARTED TO TALK HE GOT LOUD AND INTERUPTED SO I HUNG UP HOPING HE WOULD CALL BACK CALMER BUT HE CALLED BACK BEING JUST AS LOUD NOT LETTING ME SPEAK SO I HUNG UP AGAINTHEN HE WAITED A BIT AND CALLED BACK YELLING AT MY SECRETARY SO SHE HUNG UPI CALLED THIS MOLD REMEDIATION TEAM AND THE YOUNG MAN I SPOKE WITH SAID HE DOES THIS FOR HIMSELF AND THAT HE USES HIGH VOLUME AIR BLOWING THROUGH THE DUCT WORK, WHILE USING A SPINNING SOFT BRISTLE BRUSHI AM NOT A MOLD EXPERT BUT I THOUGHT THE ONLY WAY TO KILL MOLD WAS LIQUID CHEMICAL (BLEACH, MOLD KILLER ETC....)THE WAY THIS ONE MAN OPERATION EXPLAINED TO ME DIDN'T SOUND VERY CONVINCINGMR*** ALSO TOLD ME HE HAD PICTURES OF THIS HORRIBLE JOB THAT WAS DONE AND IN THE BEGINNING OF THE CONVERSATION HE WATCHED EACH VENT GET CLEANED AND THEN LATER IN THE CONVERSATION SAID HE ONLY WATCHED THE BASEMENT VENT GET CLEANED BY THIS MOLD REMEDIATION TEAMAS YOU SPEAK TO MR*** PAY ATTENTION TO THE STORY HE TELLS, THE DETAILS WILL CHANGE OVER AND OVERMR*** HIRED US DIRECT AND THEN DIRECTED BY HIS CONTRACTOR (WHO PROBABLY BUMPED THE PRICE OF THIS MOLD REMEDIATION TEAM) DECIDED IT NEEDED TO BE DONE TWICE SO HE WOULD NOT BE BUMPED OUT OF HIS COMMISIONWE USE THE ROTO VAC SYSTEM WHICH A DEMONSTRATION CAN BE SEEN ON LINE AT ROTOVAC.COM, IT WILL NOT REMOVE MOLD, BUT IT WILL REMOVE PET DANDER, DUST, DIRT ETCIT CLEANS BETTER THAN ANY SYSTEM OUT THERE, AND MR*** WOULD HAVE SEEN HOW WELL THIS SYSTEM WORKED AND HOW MUCH DEBRIS WAS REMOVED IF HE WOULD HAVE STAYED IN THE RESIDENCE LIKE HE WAS INSTRUCTED BY ME! (FOR INSURANCE REASONS THE HOMEOWNER IS REQUIRED TO BE IN HOUSE AT ALL TIMES WHILE A CREW IS IN THERE WORKING) NOTE: MR*** LEFT AT BEGINNING OF JOB AND RETURNED A COUPLE HOURS LATER FOR ABOUT MINUTES , THEN LEFT AND NEVER RETURNED WHILE MY MEN WERE THEREI THINK MR*** IS LOOKING FOR FREE RIDE, IF SOMEONE CLEANED MY VENTS AND THEY LOOKED DIRTY I WOULD HAVE CALLED THE OWNER THAT DAY NOT TWO WEEKS AFTER THIS OTHER COMPANY CLAIMED TO HAVE CLEANED THEM. 2-3-16COMPLAINT I.D# ***

I rented two passenger golf carts for a weddingAugusta ATV was a great company to work withThey delivered and picked up the golf carts on schedule, the carts were in good shape, prices were reasonable, and they worked with me when my plans suddenly changed a few days before the weddingI would recommend them to anyoneThanks Augusta ATV!

We had 3/4 hardwood floors installed on our 2nd floor home this month. We set up the job through Julie at Buddy Allen Carpet One. Julie was a pleasure working with to receive the quotes and coordinating the schedule. Ronnie, Scott and Jeremy came for two and one half days to complete approx 900 sq ft of random width flooring. Before the job was started Ronnie and Jeremy came to evaluate what needed to be done and to address our concerns. A couple of weeks later Ronnie called to let us know what time they would arrive. Each day they arrived on time and left at a good time. They communicated well about what was going to happen that day and asked us questions to make sure there were no surprises. It soon became apparent these guys were very skilled at their job. They make a very good team. They listen to each other and also to the client to achieve the best possible outcome. The entire job was completed nearly flawlessly. Everyone we had contact with at Buddy Allen was very friendly, thoughtful and professional. Great Job Everyone!!

I highly recommend Buddy Allen Carpet & Flooring! The entire team was so helpful! There prices are very competitive and they work is exceptional! I am very happy with how our floors look, thanks to their detailed team! I just passed their info on to a co-worker! Great people, great owner, great company!
