EServices had not filed our tax reports on time numerous times, causing penalties and feesThey don't respond me vent delivered other reports
Eservices has repeatedly failed to file tax forms with state and federal governments that we are paying them to file
We are accumulating late fees and penalties as such
Our quarterly reports - including P&L have NEVER been delivered to us on time
They have NOT sent our contractors their forms by the required date
They will not respond to us now that we have a new bookkeeper about which filings they have or haven't done so our new people and our accountant cannot file our taxes
They also made several mistakes with paying our 401k contributions over the last year
They also messed up our whole payroll several times
They are by far the most unprofessional, worst service provider out there
How they got an a+ rating here is beyond me
