My apologies for the late response this had slipped my mind and I totally forgot to respondAs per our phone conversation two weeks ago yes we did sell this vehicle and most of the statements in the complaint are true except that we didn’t sell this vehicle off the ebay ad, they saw it on our
website and car stated “as Is where is” WE did have the car on ebay but they purchased it off our websiteI had spoke to the gentleman over the phone and told him this is a year old vehicle so there is NO warranty and that there is some surface rustOnce he received the vehicle he called me and he was really nice about the situation and I told him that after we sold the car and shipped it to him in Missouri, we can’t purchase the car back but ill glad offer $back if that helps the situationThat didn’t seem to applaud him so I offered to try to list the vehicle for them for sale in Missouri and hope to get it sold for and the couple agreed, but after a couple of days His wife started getting really nasty with me and threatening me and calling me names and thats when I stated that at this point I have no desire to help you in any wayI told her if she likes, hire an attorney and file suit, we did not do anything illegal nor lieI did state the car had substantial surface rust as its a year old carAnyways long story short they turned around and sold it a week later to another dealer in their area for the same exact price that they purchased it forThe dealership called me and had me send them an affadavit to get a title in their name and they stated that they purchased the vehicle right from them and the dealer stated it was a nice carI find it hard to believe that the car was in such poor condition as they stated if another dealer purchased it to resellI can search my email and contact for the dealers info if that helpsAnyways I truly hope this won’t cause any negativity towards our company as we have sold over cars in the last years and never had an issueIf you would like to contact me plz call me direct at ***
