I have read the complaint submitted to the office of The Revdex.com by Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] payoff on his trawas forwarded to [redacted] on December 14, It does take a couple of days to receive the payment and then post it to a customers account I have checked with our bank and have been informed that the check we sent has not cleared our account as of yet Therefore, we must allow until the end of the week to see if the check clears If the check does not clear by Friday December 22, we will request that our financial institution issue a stop order on the check and we will issue a replacement check to forward to [redacted] We apologize for any inconvenience and miscommunication Please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] extThe staff at Midway Motorsports values every customer and makes every effort to satisfy their car buying needs

I do not a accept the businesses response because a month ago I did in fact take the truck to trade it in. I was a returning customer however went to purchase a second vehicle and has a aweful experience they called me the night before said I was approved when I went the next day the vehicle they had for me had black mold under the seats and looked like it came out of a war zone when I told them I didn't want the vehicle and picked a less expensive vehicle they said they would switch the vehicle with the finance company while this was being done another customer jumped into the vehicle I was buying? When I asked why the manger Ron became very rude then offered me a jeep which I said I didn't want then left us sitting there for two hours then came back and said the finance company wouldn't go for the deal?? I called the finance company they said they never called and gave me my approval code and sent me to another dealer in which I got a newer better vehicle with less miles and put less money down!! Don't waste your time with these clowns I got a total run around. Also when I complained on their fb page they wrote a bunch of lies even wrote that I don't pay my bills really?? I'm reestablishing my credit has gone up over 100 points since July!! Stay clear of this dealer there are better ones out there that treat their customers with respect!!!!
