Midway Nursing Home

Review: My longtime friend [redacted] passed away in Midway Nursing Home on Nov. [redacted], 2013.

I was the only person who was visiting him every week for the last 5 years .

He had some money in his Midway Nursing Home account. I am his executrix. I have spent a considerable amount of money on [redacted]s burial and I was advised by the stuff member at Midway Nursing Home to contact [redacted], so that she can release [redacted]'s money to me (to cover at least some costs of the burial).

I have called [redacted] twice in late November and left voice mail messages.

I have received no answer.

I have briefly spoken to [redacted]on Thursday, Dec. [redacted]. She told me she was rushing somewhere, but that she will get back to me shortly.

She did not call me back at all.

On Tuesday, Dec. [redacted], I have left a voice mail for [redacted] saying that I need to speak to her urgently about getting the money from [redacted]'s account.

To this day I have not received a call back.

This person is supposed to be dealing with people whose loved one just passed away, who are dealing with funeral arrangements and bereavement issues.

She behaves in a very rude and insensitive way by totally disregarding pleas for any information/help.Desired Settlement: Please, release to me [redacted]s money.
