I am rejecting this response because: I will dispute all but but the $owed Thank you for the response tho I am sure the media will find it fascinating

I am rejecting this response because: I should not lose the benefits of my *** * package due to your scanning rates for *** membersI am willing to pay the amount that I owe and I have disputed the remainder with my bank and will continue to dispute it so that I'm not forced to pay and you don't profit off of your bad business practices*** covers the first five miles you also give free miles with hook up so they pay the Hoyou pay the first miles they pay miles which means I'm all the Gated to pay for miles at your standard rate which would be $That is the amount you will get for this service and honestly I shouldn't even pay that considering I had to do the legwork to find out the way that you're scamming people and what I really should do is go to the media and let them know what *** and you are perpetrated upon innocent people

Consumer states; Natomas Auto Body did release the vehicle we agreed to pay $and waived all storage/towing feesAlso delivered vehicle back. and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

On Saturday, December 23rd, Natomas Auto Body & Paint/Tow received a North Sacramento CHP call to an accident. We dispatched our driver, who arrived on scene. Mr***, did not have a seizure, pursuant to the CHP officer and our driver, Ms*** clearly stated "I was on my
phone, someone cut me off and a swerved and, hit a tree, smashing the passenger side of the car". The CHP officer was behind our truck and, our driver hooked up the Alantra. After we hooked the vehicle up, Ms*** as us to unhook it and she would call her roadside assistance and have a different tow company come and tow the vehicle. Our driver told her that he could not unhook the vehicle once we have it hooked. CHP agreed and let her know. She asked us to take it to a wrecking yard or to her house. Our driver said he would do so however; she had to pay the tow fee. She stated "I have no money". Our driver told her that he would drive it to our yard and, she would have to call the office to pay the fees and get her vehicle. Our driver brought the vehicle to our yard Natomas Auto Body & Paint/Tow is open 24/7/365. We do not close for holidays, weekends, etc. However, as Ms*** claims, she spoke with *** on Saturday, December 23, 2017. *** does not work on the weekends. *** works Monday through Friday. *** DID NOT speak with her and tell her "due to the Christmas holiday they are closed and I will not be able to get my car until Tuesday when their office opens again." That is a lie. When Ms*** came to the office on December 26, 2017, *** was called to the front and, she spoke to her regarding the fees (i.e., which includes the tow and, the storage fees). *** also told her that she could pay the amnesty - $- sign the title over and, that would pay the account in full. She refused. She asked to see her vehicle. *** took her out to the yard and she looked at the vehicle. She said it is totaled, I am not paying anything. *** explained to her the process (i.e., if she does not pay the tow bill or the amnesty, the company will file a lien, then it will go to collections and, the fees will be greater). She laughed in ***'s face and told her "I do not five a "st", I am not paying" On December 29, 2018, Ms*** e-mailed *** - please see attached e-mail trail. On December 27, 2017, Ms*** filed a form with the DMV releasing her liability of the Alantra. That is the ONLY time that Natomas Auto Body & Paint/Tow received a release of liability. As you can see from the e-mails, Natomas Auto Body & Paint/Tow does not accept the release of liability as, it was four (4) days after the tow, no fees were paid, etc Ms*** is in collections for her failure to pay the fees that are due and owing to Natomas Auto Body & Paint/Tow and, she was informed of all her payment options and, Ms*** chose to try to "skirt" the procedures that are in place If you need anything further, please do not hesitate to contact me. This is in response to the above referenced complaint*** *** has a Basic *** membership which only covers five miles of towing, over miles are charged at a rate of $per mile after the the five free.She was towed miles so she was charged for over miles or $156.00.She then
proceeded to call our shop for a cash call rate and we quoted her $for hookup and ten free miles and $a mile after tenThis rate would be $55.00+ $24.00= $79.00.We are willing to refund the difference and cancel the *** call if that would please her.If you require any further information I can be reached at *** *** ext ***Regards,*** ***

Please see the attached, this explains the Basic *** coverage that *** *** carriesIt states she is covered for hookup and five miles towed, additional miles she would have to pay the tow driver direct, and our approved *** rate is $per mile after the first 5. We responded to a *** call that she requested and advised her of the overage and money that would be due, she provided us with a credit card for payment of $After service was complete, she calls for cash pricing and then stops payment on her credit card. I suggest in the future that she upgrades her membership to a Premier so she can receive one hundred mile tows with no additional costs, or shops around for the cheapest tow rate prior to placing a *** Roadside call. In the previous response, we offered to give her the cash rate and refund the *** tow, but she declinedThis leaves me to demand the payment of $that is due immediately or after days of this notice I will turn it over to our legal department to proceed with the collection process

This is regarding complaint ID# 11786823 our driver responded to a Yuba City Police Dept. law enforcement rotation call on Friday October 21st. out TSA agreement with law enforcement rate is $210.00 per hour. When the customer asked to pay the driver our driver was to busy trying to clear the...

roadway for law enforcement. After clearing the roadway our driver pulled to a safe place off the road to finish the loading of the car and then our driver spoke to the customer and he wanted his car towed to 6051 Oleander lane in Marysville. Our driver got to that address and waited half an hour or so customer did not show up to pay the driver so our driver then put his safety straps on the car which was still on his flatbed and towed the customer vehicle back to our storage yard. after customer made contact with us I released the vehicle back to them we only charged the one hour rate of $210.00  no storage and no re tow. I apologized to the customer if there was any misunderstanding between them and my driver and regarding the $55.00 and $3.00 PER MILE that is for our customer who have a mechanical breakdown not law enforcement rotation calls.  Thank you,

We never fixed this customers car.  As we are governed as well by the BAR we cannot begin repairs without the customers authorization.  she picked up her car prior to our recieving this complaint  I think it was done preemptively.  She seemed happy when she picked her car up.
