I was un able to review your response. I was unable to view attachment. please sent w/o attachments. or someother way. thank you.

The person who came here on Friday Apr 3 2015 had also been here on Thursday as well. He stated that he had a loose battery terminal & need it checked out. I had told him if he could drop his car off we would look at it when we had a chance we were extremely busy at that time with regular...

workload & also the ** safety inspections that we do and they are very busy at the end of the month & the 1st 4 or 5 days of the month anyway, he could not drop it off so I had him to check on at app 2 - which he did & if we had any time to work at it we would. We did not have time. We had just taken lunch - later than usual due to our extra inspections . He then agreed with me to stop by on Friday morning around ten & if we had time we would look at it. I was unaware he was out there for 10 minutes as he stated due to the fact that I was helping other customers outside in our impound lot. When I got back to the inside area I was told that a man was back there inquiring about looking at his car. I told my helper to tell him to wait as I was looking for a set of keys to a [redacted] to bring in the day. Shortly after that the person with the battery terminal issue - ( you stated [redacted]) (I never knew his name cause I never started an rb for him) - yelled back at us and told us - " To go fk yourselves" In front of a customer sitting in a chair whose vehicle was waiting for a ** inspection - of course directing that at us I hope & not the person in the chair. I do not think that the inspection customer filed a complaint with the state about [redacted] wording/actions. We are a small business with most of our customers dropping off their vehicles for repairs. We usually cannot even do an oil change on the spot. I am sorry not to have been able to understand how we speak but also try to help whenever possible. Respectfully after the comment that [redacted] made directed to us - until he sends us a written apology on that or comes by here to verbally apologize - as a person - then why as a business owner - I want to work on this car. And no - we will not work on his car for free.
