My water consumption for 1 person amounted to $2.57, but extra fees were added(billing fee $3.14 + activation $5.00=$10.71). I called in regard to the billing fee and was told that's the standard for every customer. I actually consumed less that the billing and activation fee!
I went on line to make a payment and found out there is an extra fee for making the payment on line $3.95. I called to make the payment over the phone and found out there is an extra fee $4....If the payment is late will be an extra $10.00. An extra fee is added to the customer for making a payment on line or over the phone. The only way to make a payment without an added extra fee would be through the mail (cheapest $ .49). I pay most of my bills on line due to my life style. As a new customer, you are not aware of all these extra fees!
If every utility bill adds extra fees the customers will pay extra small amounts of money every month which will add up....
When I inquired about a place for leaving reviews I was told by the rep that the supervisor said I should do my own research!
