This is not a good plan I have prescriptions that was covered on straight medicaid and Medicare when I signed up with Midwest Avantage I could get my meds I had to pay for them out of pocket.I have had procedures that were canceled because they said there waiting to get authorized from Midwest it been weeks still no answer.My Doctor called because I needed an appointment right away I called transportation four days in advance but the said they were all booked up so they could not help me.This is the worst plan please do not sign upit is a nightmare
