agreed to accept weekly payments from Mr. [redacted], per his request, to help him out. We also provided substitute transportation while the work was being performed including waiting on parts. The total bill was $3181.17. Mr. [redacted] paid $400.00 on a credit card at the time he picked up the vehicle on 10/31/14, which left a balance of $2781.17. We have not seen him since. We absolutely refute any insinuation by a “my mechanic” that the work was improperly performed. Besides, our work has a 12 month or 12000 mile warranty, both parts and labor. If Mr. [redacted] was having issues, he could have had them fixed, free of charge. We can only assume that Mr. [redacted] didn’t come back because he never intended to pay what he agreed to.
