If under any circumstances you decide not to move into the house or apartment none of the money will be refunded.After your were approved for the house and paid the hold fee we received orders from the city of Cincinnati because someone broke into the house.  When we received these orders we promptly sent you a copy of the orders.  Because neither of us were aware of these orders at the time of your application we decided to refund your non-refundable hold fee even though we were under no obligation to do so.  We issued a refund by mailing check 16073 to 2505 Sunnyhill Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45225 which is the address you provided to us.I am somewhat confused as to why you have not received the refund we issued to you.  If you would like we could stop payment on the check and you could come to our office and pick up a new check.  Feel free to call me at ###-###-####.I am truly sorry that you feel that we did not deal with your concerns. …Bob D[redacted]
