The doctors in a network can change at any time, so that’s up to the health care provider and not the agency. It’s possible her doctors were in it and changed. If doctors are showing in the network and the hospital is saying different,
that is not our responsibility. We count on the hospital to keep our records updated. This is out of our control, who is in and out of network, and when that changes. It is unfortunately an ever-changing scenario. We are the middle man for our clients to help them avoid the numbers, but changes with doctors and the networks is really out of our control. The agent on this account is not with our agency. When there are changes, there is nothing we can do
