It is a lie. Since our payment agreement was established in late September of 2014 I did not have any past due amounts. I paid on time every month through my banks online bill pay system. I never received a letter in August, it wasn't until I received a final notice in September that I called multiple times to try and reach someone. all my payments are listed and I have record as well.
