We received the complaint regarding Mary [redacted] At the time of Ms [redacted] 's application the unit was still available to rent, in order for us to hold a unit we do require $in the form of a money order or cashier's check to hold a unit which is applied towards the security deposit (this is also indicated on our application cover page) Ms [redacted] handed in her application with the application fee and as we processed the application the unit was rented by someone else the following day She was told that we can't hold any units without that deposit and our units tend to go quicklyEither way - we will be refunding Ms [redacted] 's $towards application fees Please let me know if you have any additional questions

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is the photo I took this Sunday, June 11, 2017. The company is still advertising what they don't have.To top matters off, I spoke with *** on Thursday at 10:a.mvia email. At no time did she mention the unit was already being rented. On Friday when I spoke with her she said the unit was rented and she had a two bedroom available. We received the complaint regarding Mary [redacted].  At the time of Ms. [redacted]'s application the unit was still available to rent, in order for us to hold a unit we do require $200.00 in the form of a money order or cashier's check to hold a unit which is applied towards the security deposit...

(this is also indicated on our application cover page).  Ms. [redacted] handed in her application with the application fee and as we processed the application the unit was rented by someone else the following day.  She was told that we can't hold any units without that deposit and our units tend to go quickly. Either way - we will be refunding Ms. [redacted]'s $40.00 towards application fees.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
