The customer contacted us to look at her front load washing machine We explained at that time it is a $serviced call fee for the technician to come to the home and diagnose the issue which she agreed to Our tech came to the home and proceeded to run the washer so we could locate the leak At that time the customer informed him that the bottom drawer is where the water collected While the machine was full of water and in the wash mode he inspected the washer for any noticeable leaking and any signs of prior leaks Upon inspection the tech could find no leaks other than a small drip coming from in between the bottom of the door and the rubber seal Our tech then advised the customer of what the cost for parts and labor would be to replace the seal but that he could not find any leak or indication of any leak that would be expelling the amount of water described by the customer After pricing the parts and informing the customer she declined to have the seal replaced and paid the $service callThe customer then contacted our store a week later stating the washer was still leaking at which time we tried to explain to her that the tech found no leaks and before I could explain that we would send him back over she began yelling at our manager that she wanted her $service call fee refunded or that her or someone would come to our store and physically assault our employees We have already rendered service for the $and no refund will be issued Sincerely, Management

The customer came into the store with the complaint that the dryer was taking two cycles to dry the clothes at which time we explained that with an electric dryer they either heat or they don't and if she was experiencing extended drying times it would probably be a venting issue We instructed the customer to remove the silver vent hose from the back of the dryer and run a load through the machine without it attached and that if it dryed correctly that would indicate a clogged or restricted vent If it still did not perform correctly then we would happily come out to look at it under the warranty The customer came into our store today stating the dryer was still not working properly we then asked her had she tried disconnecting the vent as suggested at which time Mrs [redacted] said she had not done anything that we suggested and I needed to honor my warranty At that time we explained that we would come out and look at the dryer but if the cause turned out to be her venting and not the dryer since she had refused to take our suggestions we would then have to charge her a service call fee of $The customer stated she would not pay and then exited our storeIf she would like to set up the appointment to have the dryer looked at that is fine but if it turns out to be her venting causing the issue there will be a $service call fee We have been servicing appliances for many years and know exactly what issues cause the problem she is experiencing

The customer came into our location and physically inspected and laid on the mattress in question and expressed no concerns of the mattress being used or any issues at all until yesterday. All of our bedding is sold as is with no warranty and we will not issue a refund. If the customer wishes to pursue it further in court we will respond accordinglyThank You

instructed the customer to remove the silver vent hose from the back of the dryer and run a load through the machine without it attached and that if it dryed correctly that would indicate a clogged or restricted vent.  If it still did not perform correctly then we would happily come out to look at it under the warranty.  The customer came into our store today stating the dryer was still not working properly we then asked her had she tried disconnecting the vent as suggested at which time Mrs. [redacted] said she had not done anything that we suggested and I needed to honor my warranty.   At that time we explained that we would come out and look at the dryer but if the cause turned out to be her venting and not the dryer since she had refused to take our suggestions we would then have to charge her a service call fee of $35. The customer stated she would not pay and then exited our store. If she would like to set up the appointment to have the dryer looked at that is fine but if it turns out to be her venting causing the issue there will be a $35 service call fee.  We have been servicing appliances for many years and know exactly what issues cause the problem she is experiencing.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: no one at any time stated there was no warranty I certainly wouldn’t buy a used mattress and definately  wouldn’t pay 450.00!i have contacted [redacted] Co. they can determine when the mattress was made by the tag on it.this is a used worn out mattress anyone who examined it has agreed.I fully intend to pursue this to the court if necessary.I have been RIPPED OFF of 450.00
I WANT A FULL REFUND
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We have already issued a full refund on the service of the customer's refrigerator as well as put his old part back on for him.  We had already come to the arrangement of a full refund before this complaint was issued by the customer so we are not sure as to why one was ever filed. Thanks

Mrs. [redacted] purchased a mattress from us and at the time of purchase we explained that there is no warranty either written or implied on any bedding that we sell at our location at wholesale pricing.  Our company only sells new mattress's and would not mislead anyone by telling them...

otherwise.  That being said we have been selling wholesale mattress's for over two years and this is the first complaint we have had on any unit sold.  Our company can neither refund or replace an item sold without warranty which was explained and written on the receipt at time of purchase. If there are any further questions please feel free to contact us.  Sincerely,  Management

The customer purchased a full size Whirlpool french door refrigerator which was to be delivered into a split level home.  Our delivery personnel were extremely careful to not damage anything in the customer's home but with the nature of how the home is designed and the size of the refrigerator...

being deliver the delivery team had to turn the refrigerator to dolly the appliance into the kitchen possibly causing a minor scratch to the floor.  The customer came into our location today to discuss what could be done about the flooring at which time he was explained that we are not responsible for any damage to any property during the removal or installation of any appliance, which is clearly outlined in his warranty paperwork.  Our delivery team was in the customers home a total of 3.5 hours installing this customer's appliance and water line for him going above and beyond what is normally charged for basic water line installation.    We respectfully adhere to our warranty policy and cover no damages to the property.

The customer then contacted our store a week later stating the washer was still leaking at which time we tried to explain to her that the tech found no leaks and before I could explain that we would send him back over she began yelling at our manager that she wanted her $35 service call fee refunded or that her or someone would come to our store and physically assault our employees.  We have already rendered service for the $35 and no refund will be issued.     Sincerely,  Management
