I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for reducing the labor from 3 hours to install the screen door to the original charge of $90 but no thank you to increasing the charge on the door from $179 to 200.18. Also, I was NOT notified of this reduction to the original quote of $90 and this is the first I have heard of the added $21.18 for the door. I agreed to pay $179 for the door. Actually, since this is an improvement in the value of the rental home, the landlord should pay for all of this. If Midwest Property Management would like, I can take the door with me when I leave since I am paying for it. I plan to make a trip to Lowes on my next day off and take a look at the price on that door. It was impossible to see if the door I got was the one that was depicted in the photos sent by management here in Waynesville, MO.
