I have never denied valleywide plumbing coming to the house however like everything else with this man his statements are false I did NOT not want to pay for servicesHe never camera'd the line in full, he never gave me a diagnosis and never provided a copy of the tape because there was none as by his own admission he didnt camera the whole line as he didn't have the correct camera to do it He is a disgustng liar He told me "at this point we don't know what is wrong with the lineLater, he told me he only saw 1/way thru the linePerhaps it's because there was a different workers there each time or they just didn't tell him the truth BUT NOTHING CAN DISPUTE THE FACT that my tenant and neighbor both saw his workers go to a neighbor across the street ON MY CHARGED TIME to view another job If "i didn't want to pay for services from the beginning" why did he continue to speak to me"? I am amazed if anyone cannot see how ridiculous this"mans" assessment of the situation is If the correct camera had been used the issue would have been resolved early on like the professional plummer I hired and paid after himTo say that I risked losing a tenant, I DID lose months rent and the continued time lost cause I didn't want to pay him is ludicrous It cost me with the rent, several carpet cleanings and tenant argumentsDisgracefulAs I said-i paid the person who fixed it in days promptly and in full as I have ALL contractors who have done work for me He is lyingBOTTOM LINE This company tried to take advantage of an out of state landlord with incomplete work, incorrect diagnosis and multiple attempts at getting me to pay for work that was Never done BEWARE!

Referencing my conversation with Mr [redacted] please note the following regarding this complaint from Ms***: · Valleywide Plumbing was called out to one of her rental properties in Arizona located at [redacted] *** [redacted] ** [redacted] on April 27, for wastelines that were backing up in the bathtub· Our plumber went out and cabled the line (see notes in attached invoice ***)Roots were found in the line but was cleared and line was flowing No warranty due to roots· Returned to camera the line on 5-2-to try and find location of issue See Invoice [redacted] – found roots in line and some broken piping due to roots.o Please note that from the beginning Ms [redacted] wanted to not pay for services, needed deep discounts to help her with costs etc(reflected in bills)· In reviewing with the client, we said we would need to rebuild the line to take care of the root penetration and broken pipe She requested that we jet the line just to see if that would clear it for a while We hired [redacted] s to Jet her line They charged us directly for their services which we paid for.· Please see Invoice [redacted] for details of that last visit to jet the lineTo summarize; Valleywide Plumbing came out on Ms***’s request to try and clear a backed up drain, we performed standard plumbing procedures to clear a backed up line We cleared the line multiple times but advised that there were larger issues with roots penetrating the line and portions collapsing due to the stress of the roots penetration We ran a camera to verify location of issues and, due to clients request, jetted the line using another company that we paid to do that work She was not happy with what was discovered and what needed to happen, but Valleywide Plumbing cannot be responsible for the condition of lines All we can do is determine the problems and recommend how to fix them We are justified in billing for our efforts and even granted some very large discounts to try and help her with costs as she continuously explained that she was hurting financially When all work was done Ms [redacted] actually did pay for the work with her credit card, but then a week later we were notified that the credit card had reversed the charges saying that she decided she didn’t think that she should pay for the workAt that point we tried to collect from her but she refused, so we turned her account over to collections, after which we wrote off her receivable as a bad debt and left it to the collections group to do with it what they would We did not place the credit note on her report, but I do not see that it is inaccurate She was dishonest with her request for service and refused to pay for services properly rendered, because she didn’t like what was foundPlease contact me with any questions

He never camera'd the line in full, he never gave me a diagnosis and never provided a copy of the tape because there was none as by his own admission he didnt camera the whole line as he didn't have the correct camera to do it.  He is a disgustng liar.  He told me "at this point we don't know what is wrong with the line. Later, he told me he only saw 1/2 way thru  the line. Perhaps it's because there was a different workers there each time or they just didn't tell him the truth BUT NOTHING CAN DISPUTE THE FACT that my tenant and neighbor both saw his workers go to a neighbor across the street ON MY CHARGED TIME to view another job.  If "i didn't want to pay for services from the beginning" why did he continue to speak to me"? To  say that I risked losing a tenant,  I DID lose months rent and the continued time lost cause I didn't want to pay him is ludicrous.  It cost me with the rent, several carpet cleanings and tenant arguments. Disgraceful. As I said-i paid the person who fixed it in 3 days promptly and in full as I have ALL contractors who have done work for me.  He is lying. BOTTOM LINE.  This company tried to take advantage of an out of state landlord with incomplete work, incorrect diagnosis and multiple attempts at getting me to pay for work that was Never done.  BEWARE!
