In regards to the complaint file on case #XXXXXXXX by Mrs*** *** she claims that we installed a wrong part and her car was misfiring I spoke to her and told her she needed to come in for a re-inspection and if it was a
malfunctioning part or even the wrong part as she sated she would get a full refundBut Mrs*** took her vehicle to get fixed some where else not giving me a chance to inspect if it was some thing my technician might of overlooked and then demanded a refund from meAny and all warranties were voided when someone else replaced the parts or works on the vehicle before giving me a chance to even check if it was a defective partPlease let me know fi this information was useful or if you require something else from me

Not once has *** *** spoke with ME personally and told me thisI left *** a voicemail letting him know about my problem and what they can do about it and he never returned my phone call

At this point and time the only thing I can do for Mrs*** is that if she has the part I installed she can bring back the part for a refund on the part
