I am rejecting this response because:
The Dealer did not disclose that the title was not clean prior to sale to my son and meTitle received today June LeinThe Dealer did not disclose as dictated by law that the car had been in an accident prior to our purchaseThe burden of disclosure is not on the customer, but on the dealer since he holds the business licenseI should not have to pay money to have a car inspectedRepairs are now at $to make the car basically drivable and safe for my son Second trip to the shop is scheduledWhen all repairs are completedI will be sending copy of title, bills, etcto dealer's bond company, DA, and police*** ***

The customer claims that the car was salvagedAt no time was this car marked as a 'Salvage vehicle'They bought the car 'As Is' and elected not to get the car inspected before purchasing itI was not dishonest with the customer at allWhen a car is bought 'As Is' any repairs needed after
the purchase are the customers responsibility

We have turned in the title to the Minnesota DMVThe title was received in early August from the Manheim dealer auction*** should be seeing the title in the mail in mid to late septemberIt takes to weeks for a customer to receive
their title once it is turned in to the DMV
This is the resolution that *** was looking for
