Don't waste your time here! I bought a car from them, and I am still waiting on my title for my car to be filled out properlyI had to wait over months just to get my title in the first placeWhen I first purchased the car I was told that they would take care of the license and titling, and this was also noted on the purchasing paperworkI was told that the seller's wife had been driving the car, later I came to find out that this was not possible considering that last mileage reported was exactly the same as when I got the vehicleI sent my title to them so that they could fill it out correctly and I still haven't gotten my title

Gave customer option to take vehicle to their mechanic. Customer drove vehicle for about an half hour came back purchased vehicle. One hour passed [redacted] retuned to dealer stated check engine light came on [redacted] said that he took it to...

autozone and showed me [redacted] a slip showing codes I don't recall amount of codes. Told customer to come back so we could see what they where.Two days later customer called me on my cell phone stateing that he got a flat tire. I gave customer 20 dollars out of my pocket for tire. When he came to dealer. He was yelling at me telling me that his aunt works for S O S . Thats when virginia And Rony got involved. I [redacted] spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] and I told [redacted] that we will fix catalytic converter. we send it out to get it fix. when customer came to pick up car. Rony and I wasnt at dealer. [redacted] was at dealer customer complained that he had a dent in his car and that the driver door woundn't open right. [redacted] called me beacause I was on my way to dealer beacuse we open until 10AM. Got to dealer spoke with customer. He showed me the problem. Told him that I would need to talk to [redacted] Told customer that I will call him when [redacted] gets in . This whole time customer is useing an other vehicle that we loaned out to him. We fixed the problem. Since [redacted] bought car all his done is complain. About a week in a half he said the gas gage doesn't work So we fixed that too. Gave him a car to drive when he came back the car he was complaining that he just put gas in the the car that we loaned him he wanted us to give him money back. About two weeks have passed ** came back to dealer yelling saying that he was going to take us to court. That he took other dealer to court for the say reason. saying that he is going to school to study law that he is not dum. I virginia told him that he bought car AS IS NO WARRANTY. He said that he didn't care that this is not the first time that this happens. I told him to stop yelling and being loud. that nobody yelling at him. after that he calms down. [redacted] said that the car was leaking and over [redacted] asked him if it over heated he said f yes. That when rony got up set because we asked him if it over heated first he said yes then he said no.. So [redacted] and I [redacted] talked to customer gave him a other car to drive. we fixed car.Customer came back for his car I was out sick customer called me yelling at me telling me that he had a dent in his car, passager door doesn't open right saying his car had some white skuff mart's also front bumper was cracked. I virginia wasn't their at dealer. I was on the phone with customer also with mechanic told customer that we could fix the dent also the door.Asked customer if he could come back in one hour first he said yes then said no. mechanic got to dealer customer went up to mechanic yelling at him beacuse I could here him while on the phone. I was on other phone with mechanic was on my line and customer on my daughters line. [redacted] wounldn't allow the mechanic to talk and I was trying to talk to [redacted] on the other phone but he was yelling.I told him that they will fix the dent and the door but he would have to come back in a hour said no no no and a whole bunch of other bads words. at the mechanic. so I hung up the call on [redacted] and I keep on talking to the mechanic. The mechanic was trying to talk to him but he wasn't listening. Then Rony got of the phone and he told me that [redacted] was yelling at everybody. and that he was going to call his boys to come over to the dealer and that he was going to call the cops and take us to court. Thats when [redacted] said to forget it we are not going to help him any more. then hung the phone up. That same day [redacted] keep calling me for about 1hour I didn't pick up his calls any more. Then 1hour and 15min have passed [redacted] called me. I missed his call and called [redacted] back. [redacted] picked up and said you wanted me to call you. I said No. I heard [redacted] over the phone saying tell her. Then I hung up. We tried to work with customer but [redacted] is impossible to work with and this whole time he has a weekly payment of 250 dollars customer told us Thanks for the free car.. [redacted] is six payments behind.Thank You [redacted],[redacted],Rony.

The things that they say I've said are all false I never made threats only to report the condition in which they are selling their vehicles. The last day the company worked on my car they claimed to of fixed a large system leak in the engine since then I ha e taken my car in and the problem was never worked on at all and does still exist what they did with my vehicle while they had it I do not know and when I returned to pick my car up there was damage on the front bumper and the passenger [redacted] was now hanging when I open it I told [redacted] that I was not leaving that I wanted to witness my car being fixed because I did not believe my car was ever worked on but rather that I felt it was the exact opposite that they were purposely nicking my car and putting off the fixing of my vehicle till it is paid off but this vehicle has broke down on me more then one time in the first two weeks of purchasing it I have never argued on paying my payments but I'm not making payments when they are playing with a vehicle that can put me in danger all I've asked was for the issue to be fixed and now the extra damage that was done on they're lot while supposed to be fixing the system leak to be repaired and I will continue my payments and pay the vehicle off. I have receipts from this last week alone of having to replace a battery and the car dying out twice due to this system leak all I ask is a decent running vehicle that I was promised at the time of purchasing and that since then [redacted] her self has promised to fix this issue before I pay the car off.
