We purchased engine gaskets from the vendors site which were listed at a specific size of .3MM On receiving the gaskets we discovered that they were oversized in thickness by approximately 40%. Both measured at .42MM. These are so completely out of spec that they are unusable.
Client also filed a dispute with ***, in which full amount was refunded, the client was told to keep the gaskets. case closed. See attached shot from *** resolution center. Absolutely spurious grievance.

I am rejecting this response because: It is not a “Absolutely spurious grievance” when the business doesn’t take responsibility for the inaccuracy of their catalog. The only way we were able to response was by disputing the payment with ***. They refused to deal with the request with initial email contacts, then with this Better Business complaint. Only after we disputed the charge was it finally resolved. A business refusing to take responsibility for their actions until forced to.
