Review: On January 18, 2016. I was trying to return a poker chip set which purchased on 1/15/2016. The owner of the store refused to make a return for me and forced me in to an exchanged and I refused.
He also stated that, I am the owner and the policy.
I would like know, how many people that he did this to? He was very rude.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back please.
He should not forced his customers in to an exchange, if they don't want to.
And treat his customers with the respect.

Midwest Billiards has been operating as a small, local business for 35 years. Although we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we’re not always able to do so. In this case, the customer had ripped open the packaging and we wouldn’t have been able to sell the product for new. Once advised of this situation, the customer became rude prior to us being able to come to some terms of agreement. He eventually left, yelling as he did.
