Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I had did some extensive research on where to send our dog to training and that is where I ultimately decided to take him after the various emails back and forth with the ownerWe followed everything to a tee and still do, have the training sheets at home and reference them frequentlyHe no longer follows the finish command, still nips, and still goes in the house even though we take him out consistently and we leave him outside for a few hours as recommended due to our dog likes to take his time to goWe took away the play pen and puppy pads and only use a kennel for his sizeI had also emailed and called him several times to see when Frankie could come home and he was out of town one of the times in Colorado and "extremely busy" the next and I went several days without hearing from the owner and that is why our dog ended up staying longer than originally discussed, it was not at our requestWhile doing the training session he seemed very agitated whenever Frankie would not fully listen, at one point he had jerked his leash and had said he was not in the mood to deal with him, Frankie also did not listen to him when he tried to get him to do the go to your spot command and stay and it was blown off and we were just told to keep working on itWe work with him everyday and a brand new carpet we had put in the kitchen prior to him coming home is now ruined due to him peeing on itVery frustrating when we had specifically expressed our concern about housetraining and it was promised it could be done to bring him home and he is not housetrainedHe is also still chewing up things like the wooden frame to the doors and cabinets which is another thing that was discussed before bringing him thereIf he had been fully trained w/ all commands promised and house breaking as promised with the emails prior to bringing him there I would have no problem what so ever paying what we did but when I am still having issues now and he is ruining things still I am not ok with it

I have read the complaint and have to say it's very upsetting 98% of our business is from referrals and have a hard time believing what was said When she picked up her dog we went through EVERTHING that the dog was taught and the dog performed all exercises as was suppose too She had hands on training with the dog prior to leaving our facility so she and her family knew what was taught and what they needed to do at home to keep up on the training When every dog leaves here, they are also given instructional pages to fall back on so everyone in the household is doing the same commands, praises and correction I was not sick of the dog I even told her a few times I liked the little dog because it reminded me of a big dog trapped in a small dogs body Frankie was a smart little dog, his biggest issue was housebreaking The owner was told many times that that breed is very tough to housebreak She was also told we can work on the housebreaking while he is going through the puppy obedience program I am sorry that she feels this way, I enjoyed the dog and working with her and her kids I am willing to offer a $refund even though the dog was here a week longer that is normally required to complete the puppy obedience program

She had hands on training with the dog prior to leaving our facility so she and her family knew what was taught and what they needed to do at home to keep up on the training.  When every dog leaves here, they are also given instructional pages to fall back on so everyone in the household is doing the same commands, praises and correction.    I was not sick of the dog.  I even told her a few times I liked the little dog because it reminded me of a big dog trapped in a small dogs body.  Frankie was a smart little dog, his biggest issue was housebreaking.  The owner was told many times that that breed is very tough to housebreak.  She was also told we can work on the housebreaking while he is going through the puppy obedience program.   I am sorry that she feels this way, I enjoyed the dog and working with her and her kids.  I am willing to offer a $200 refund even though the dog was here a week longer that is normally required to complete the puppy obedience program.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I had did some extensive research on where to send our dog to training and that is where I ultimately decided to take him after the various emails back and forth with the owner. We followed everything to a tee and still do, have the training sheets at home and reference them frequently. He no longer follows the finish command, still nips, and still goes in the house even though we take him out consistently and we leave him outside for a few hours as recommended due to our dog likes to take his time to go. We took away the play pen and puppy pads and only use a kennel for his size. I had also emailed and called him several times to see when Frankie could come home and he was out of town one of the times in Colorado and "extremely busy" the next and I went several days without hearing from the owner and that is why our dog ended up staying longer than originally discussed, it was not at our request. While doing the training session he seemed very agitated whenever Frankie would not fully listen, at one point he had jerked his leash and had said he was not in the mood to deal with him, Frankie also did not listen to him when he tried to get him to do the go to your spot command and stay and it was blown off and we were just told to keep working on it. We work with him everyday and a brand new carpet we had put in the kitchen prior to him coming home is now ruined due to him peeing on it. Very frustrating when we had specifically expressed our concern about housetraining and it was promised it could be done to bring him home and he is not housetrained. He is also still chewing up things like the wooden frame to the doors and cabinets which is another thing that was discussed before bringing him there. If he had been fully trained w/ all commands promised and house breaking as promised with the emails prior to bringing him there I would have no problem what so ever paying what we did but when I am still having issues now and he is ruining things still I am not ok with it.
