*** contacted our office on 7/29/and asked for her refund. She had a follow up appointment on 8/2/2016. Our policy is we do not refund a patient that has an appointment coming up within days. *** called on 9/13/and requested her refund. We tell our patients
that it may take up to days to receive their refund. *** called again on 9/28/2016, 10/4/and today (10/14/2016). We informed her we processed the refund through our bank on 10/6/2016. My staff member told her to give it a couple more days and if she still hasn't received it we will research it with the bank. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this caused our patient
