I want to thank the lovely folks at Fastfix/Tucson. I went racing in there 2 days before a wedding with a necklace that had been made specially for the wedding but arrived in 2 pieces. first they tried to see what might be done, the jeweler was not in that day. they did a temp fix only meant to stop the lost of beads and told me to bring it back the next day to see if the jeweler could help.
though it needed re-stringing which could not be completed in time, the jeweler [redacted] did do a temp fix on the spot that saved the day and enabled me to wear the much loved necklace to a very special wedding the next day.
Thank you all for helping me in my distress and doing it so kindly. they not only do the job and do it quickly but show an enormous amount of heart too!
The designer insists on repairing the problem but I would bring more problems to you any day.
