Though we are saddened to receive a complaint on this forum, we feel that there is no more we could have done for this particular customerIn our over seven years of accreditation, this is our first negative remarkAs typical with most of our customers, we went above and beyond to make this individual happyThis includes, but is not limited to, doing additional work from the onset at no chargeWe are not in the business of nickel and diming peopleWhen we notice minor issues with exterior condition, we point them out to the customer and because we are already onsite performing work we are happy to make someone’s day by going that extra mile and taking care of said minor issues free of chargeDuring the installation of his roof the plumbing vent tube that protrudes through the roof came loose inside of the attic space It was determined that this was due improper installation of said tube when the home was builtWe also fixed that problem at no chargeBecause the tube was routed through the living room ceiling which happened to be vaulted, we had to make the repair from the roof This involved taking up a 4’x8’ section of roofing materials and plywood to access the pipes It was a simple repair, a little pipe glue and then reassembled Mr [redacted] was upset that we did not take pictures of the processHe then began to threaten to go to the Revdex.com if we did not take it all apart again and take pictures of the reassembly process, even though we had reminded him that he has a warranty in place and had nothing to worry aboutBecause we care about our reputation and try as hard as we can to make everyone happy, we reluctantly disassembled the roof AGAIN to acquire Mr [redacted] ’s pictures After the exterior portion was completed we again tried to help Mr [redacted] and touch up the spot on the ceilingThis is an atrium ranch style home so it was a vaulted ceiling Approximately 15’ tall in the center, in other words very large and very difficult and very expensive Mr [redacted] informed us that he was a heavy smoker and that the ceiling was closer to a yellow than a white and that the spot would likely show if we did not paint the entire ceiling After three coats of Kilz (special paint that hides stains) we painted the entire ceiling flat white The owner of our company personally was on site the day the paint was done to make sure everything went smoothly and that Mr [redacted] was satisfied and happy with everything The owner left that day with the understanding that Mr [redacted] was going to look the ceiling over the next day with the sunlight shining to make sure it looked good The owner followed up with Mr [redacted] a few days later and Mr [redacted] said that everything looked good and that he would let us know if there was a problem We had not heard anything from Mr [redacted] so we assumed all was wellIt may also be worth noting that throughout the process Mr [redacted] made several disparaging comments about our employees that we found offensiveWe only hire tax paying, hardworking, English speaking individualsThe issues with our work by this customer were a result of us going the extra mile and this was thoroughly explained to him every step of the wayRegarding the trash, he called to let us know that we did not do a satisfactory job cleaning up so we sent someone back out and they struggled to find a very small amount of trash that we could not determine whether or not was a result of our workTo sum it up, in our typical fashion we continually addressed his ongoing requests until, after several visits, we had an understanding that all was wellThis is the first communication we have received since then

Though we are saddened to receive a complaint on this forum, we feel that there is no more we could have done for this particular customerIn our over seven years of accreditation, this is our first negative remarkAs typical with most of our customers, we went above and beyond to make this
individual happyThis includes, but is not limited to, doing additional work from the onset at no chargeWe are not in the business of nickel and diming peopleWhen we notice minor issues with exterior condition, we point them out to the customer and because we are already onsite performing work we are happy to make someone’s day by going that extra mile and taking care of said minor issues free of chargeDuring the installation of his roof the plumbing vent tube that protrudes through the roof came loose inside of the attic space. It was determined that this was due improper installation of said tube when the home was builtWe also fixed that problem at no chargeBecause the tube was routed through the living room ceiling which happened to be vaulted, we had to make the repair from the roof. This involved taking up a 4’x8’ section of roofing materials and plywood to access the pipes. It was a simple repair, a little pipe glue and then reassembled. Mr*** was upset that we did not take pictures of the processHe then began to threaten to go to the Revdex.com if we did not take it all apart again and take pictures of the reassembly process, even though we had reminded him that he has a warranty in place and had nothing to worry aboutBecause we care about our reputation and try as hard as we can to make everyone happy, we reluctantly disassembled the roof AGAIN to acquire Mr***’s pictures. After the exterior portion was completed we again tried to help Mr*** and touch up the spot on the ceiling. This is an atrium ranch style home so it was a vaulted ceiling. Approximately 15’ tall in the center, in other words very large and very difficult and very expensive. Mr*** informed us that he was a heavy smoker and that the ceiling was closer to a yellow than a white and that the spot would likely show if we did not paint the entire ceiling. After three coats of Kilz (special paint that hides stains) we painted the entire ceiling flat white The owner of our company personally was on site the day the paint was done to make sure everything went smoothly and that Mr*** was satisfied and happy with everything. The owner left that day with the understanding that Mr*** was going to look the ceiling over the next day with the sunlight shining to make sure it looked good. The owner followed up with Mr*** a few days later and Mr*** said that everything looked good and that he would let us know if there was a problem. We had not heard anything from Mr*** so we assumed all was wellIt may also be worth noting that throughout the process Mr*** made several disparaging comments about our employees that we found offensiveWe only hire tax paying, hardworking, English speaking individualsThe issues with our work by this customer were a result of us going the extra mile and this was thoroughly explained to him every step of the wayRegarding the trash, he called to let us know that we did not do a satisfactory job cleaning up so we sent someone back out and they struggled to find a very small amount of trash that we could not determine whether or not was a result of our workTo sum it up, in our typical fashion we continually addressed his ongoing requests until, after several visits, we had an understanding that all was wellThis is the first communication we have received since then
