I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI dispute the fact that my voice box was full, never is, and no attempt to reach me was madeHowever, I agree to accept the $and keep the items that I have already installed as long as it sent within a two week period, by July 3, 2018.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and I have worked with Mr Chris Davis on a compensate amount As per day I have not received or heard from them yet

I spoke with *** *** this morning and will gather some information and respond to her by phone no later than PM tomorrow (Tuesday). Chris D

My apologies for the delay in response. When I received your email I wanted to make sure to fully investigate the incident before giving a response. I have investigated the matter and spoken with all staff that were involved in the interactions with Mr***. Below is a summary
of those interactions.Mr*** came into our facility on 5/to pick up an outdoor lighting set he had won on an online auction on 5/20. During his time picking up, he interacted with the cashier. Upon collecting his item, the cashier recalls making verbal efforts to encourage Mr*** to check his item before leaving. This was due to the observation that it was listed in the auction as an "Open Package". Our definition of "Open Package" is stated in every auction and defined below.OPEN PACKAGE - Item shows signs of being openedExact condition of the item is unknownItem has not been inspected but is assumed to function as intended (unless stated otherwise). The cashiers request was declined by Mr***. The cashier believes they recall Mr*** saying he would check the item when he got home. The next day, on 5/22, our office received a phone call from Mr***. He seemed very upset about the item he had purchased. The customer service staff member who spoke with him stated our deepest apologies and sympathies. The staff member offered him a full refund and a $voucher for his trouble. He was very unhappy with this resolution and became very unpleasant in how he spoke to the staff member. The staff continued to try to resolve the conflict with him but he hung up on them. I was informed of the incident soon after the phone conversation and I began trying to reach out to Mr***. I was unable to reach him and his voicemail was full and could not accept any more messages. It is always my hope to keep our customers happy and for them to never leave angry. I wish I had the opportunity to speak with Mr*** about his frustrations. I believe we would have come to a resolution. I have seen his request for reimbursement and I would like to offer a few other suggestions given that his request seemed excessive, due the fact that he would like to also keep the item. Below are my suggestions.1) Full refund if the item is returned and a $voucher for his extra trouble for the long commute.2) $check written to him for his extra expenses and he is allowed to keep the item. Please let me know if he find any of these solutions suitable. Also let me know if there is anything I can do to help in the meantime.Be Well,Paul A***

The customer was not charged the $disposal feeThe customer is correct in that our terms do not state a fee charged for disposalThis is my fault in that I gave OOAS permission to charge a disposal fee once the terms were updated to reflect the fee policy and they understood that to mean they
could charge one in this instance.? Sincerely,Chris D***, PresidentAuction Ohio

To Whom it May Concern,? A refund was made on the moped.? Thanks,Chris D***, PresidentAO Auctions
