Still there was no change in my credit report or score. My email is on file and I was supposed to receive an email with the letters that were sent and my credit report. I received the confirmation email and nothing else.

Well maybe if someone would have contacted me and let me know I would have given my new information. That still doesn't explain why someone didn't email me the copy of the letters or anything to let me know anything was done at all. That is what drives people buys, being promised something and it is not done,even if the employee was fired someone should have took over his accounts. Even if I was offered to come back I would not do it and not recommend you to anyone. Sorry but people hate when they are promised something and don't get it.

I highly recommend this company have really learn a lot from their credit rebuilding program

I really love how they treat everyone like family. This business have treated me and my situation with the upmost genuine care. My credit repair specialist is David J and he taught me and help me get my first home and raised my score from 567 to 654 in 4 months I still some work to do...
