Hi,1st of all no one screamed at each other at anytime during conversationThe conversation started with her saying that it was a scam that we charged for hours of service and not the she asked for plus she added that her regular crew could do her whole house in hoursWhat she tried to leave out until I caught it that we where there not for a regular hour cleaning she had her floors stripped, sanded and refinished, there was dust everywhereMy crew did everything we could and as time ran out Christine spoke to Michelle directly and it was Michelle whom asked for them to press forward to get more doneWe only quit do to the fact she had a conference call coming in and she wanted us to leave before it startedIn this message Michelle says that Christine used her phone to text or play games? Christine is a field Supervisor and the only time she used her phone at the job site was to text the office that they where staying to continue that work per the customer (Michelle)I reviewed her phone myself, plus Id like to add that when I did call Michelle back prior to her sending this to you she said her daughter watched and heard Christine sitting on their couch and talking on phone? She changed it because I corrected itChristine is a very good employee and Field SupervisorIf she says they busted it and probably needed several more hours to do it right I believe 100%The Chandelier piece crack was dealt with that day on the siteMichelle was made aware of the crack, how it happened and that we would replace the cracked partIt was an innocent accident and easily can/could be rectified for $The invoice I sent is the invoice of record less the replacement part for chandelierI have a detailed list of all the work completed as well as the name of the floor company that sanded the floorsIn fact as we where leaving the floor guys came again and said they where going to have to do some more sanding

which is just over hourSo the time isn't the answer to the problem but it is possible to dislodge lent during cleaning that is towards the middle and breaks clear at a latter dateActually common but not usually anything bigMy personal said he watch there every move and explained the exterior vent closure not working properly.? I'll fix the problem myself

Hi as I said before we are the ones that pointed out his broken vent cap and worn out vent tubing that hadn't been replaced for as long as he can remember, also we have completed multiple projects for *** prior to this without problems that's why he called us againWe complete over individual jobs each year and having only complaints all year I feel very Greatful and LuckyI have called *** and told him I will be sending him a full refund and a 75% off card for any service we can provide him in the future to show him we do care and back our work!*** ***

It is amazing that the owner doesn't know that his web page has a section entitled " Request for Service", I left the message in that section.  Most business people review their web page to find new business.  I did not receive a call after the work was done.  The only call I received was after I called to cancel because they were 2 hours late.   There seems to be some confusion regarding the time spent doing the work.  The 3 people together spent 26 minutes, just because he has to pay for 50 minutes doesn't mean they spent 50 minutes doing the work. The idea that their work loosened the lint does not make sense.  The propose of the service is to remove the lint to reduce the rick of a dryer firer.   I did not watch everything they did, I pointed out the location and explained the conditions.    I think the owner should try to offer a better services instead of calling his customers liars. The only way to solve this problem is to issue a complete refund.

Review: On December 8, 2015 the subject business provided a dryer vent cleaning service. The 3 member staff came 2 hours late, but I allowed them to go ahead. They finished the cleaning of the dryer vent within 15 to 20 minutes. I was advised by one of the service staff that the outside vent was not closing. On December 18, I had my handy man come to replace the outside and a portion of the inside dryer vent . During the replacement of the inside vent I saw a large amount of lint in the vent. It looked as if nothing was done by the cleaning staff from Midwest. I sent a note to Midwest on December 18, through their web page, explaining my disappointment with the quality of the job. To date no reply has been received.Desired Settlement: A complete refund of the $147.14 for the complete lack of work done. The amount of lint left in the vent indicates that no work was preformed. The change of a dryer firer was not reduced by the job that they did.

[redacted]--Midwest Custom Cleaning "cleaned" our windows and power washed our house. The crew was nice, but disorganized and seemingly had no training. Two crew members stood while one cleaned. The crew skipped many windows and did not remove the moss from the roof. The power washing was basically spraying down the house--they did not use any brushes. After calling to report the missed windows and poor cleaning to the company,[redacted] called my husband "an [redacted] who doesn't want to pay." He told my husband he was coming to our home the next day. [redacted] ended up sending the same crew back the next day. I wish I could post the pictures of our smeary windows (the ones that were actually done). We paid in full--I guess out of fear of being bullied by the owner. I would never recommend this company. I can't believe they are truly a cleaning company.

Review: I contacted midwest cleaning service online for a quote for gutter cleaning, and I was quoted $185 for the service. the manager [redacted] called me to schedule an appt stating that I dont need to be home for the service. after the service, the bill I received was for $349! when I tried to call them, three times I got the voicemail, then an email from [redacted] stating that I told their tech to unintall the gutter gurad. I replied via email pointing out this is completely not true since I was not at home that day. no reply from them since.Desired Settlement: please ask the business revise the bill, stop the fraudulent charge

Mr [redacted] is totally misleading The Revdex.com and tried it with me. When Mr [redacted] called to schedule to get his Gutters cleaned he never mentioned at all that he had Gutter Guards installed already which completely changes everything. When we arrived my field Supervisor knocked on the door a man came out and Steve asked him about the Gutter Guards and that man told them to take the guards off, cleaned out the gutters and then reinstall them the proper way because whom ever installed them the first time did them backwards. He was made aware of that we could do it but would obviously cost more than a basic Gutter cleaning that [redacted] had ordered he said yes get it done. Which we did and now [redacted] says his father whom that's who he says told my guys what to do didn't have the authority to do so.?? I firmly believe with over 35 years dealing with the public that Mr. [redacted] clearly knows what he is trying pull and I won't let it happen. If the bill is not paid in full by July 5th, 2014 I will turn it over to aggressive collections.
