Like the other complaint, they ruined easement without repairing and cut timber on another owners land and ruined it.
Another time they trashed the another timberland so bad that drainage was seriously impaired causing swamp conditions so timber will not grow until land repaired.
They appear to not to respect the landholders, the land,and was EXTREMELY rude and yellied at me.
I also discovered that one guy even screwed over his friends parents land and hid it from them.
This occurred since 2014 so BEWARE!!!
I now own the. Land and am burdened by their practices from 2 event, in 2014 and 2015.
