I received one call, not two, from ***, the manager, on Wednesday 8/and I was able to return the call on Friday 8/21, as I travel with business during the week(I would like to note that my attitude that day was a angry and upset response that anyone would have had after driving hours and paying $to find out they sold the truck and did not communicate with each other internally.) Regarding ***'s call, I shared my concerns and frustrations with this experienceHe asked me what I felt was a fair resolutionI said it would be nice to get reimbursed for my gas, but I had no number in mindThat would have to be up to themHe told me he would check with the owners and get back to me the same dayThat evening he called back and offered me $250, as long as that would be satisfactory and I would resolve this complaint with the Revdex.comI agreedAnd I do feel that the manager did a good job of listening to me on the phone, and assured me that they will be sure and train all sales associates about following procedures to hold a truck when someone puts money down to travel in and look at itSo I am satisfied to resolve this complaintThank you

10 day hold for funds to clear just like every other title that we send out. We discounted the price of the truck $995 and feel that this would cover any cost that they may have. The customer has called and been very rude and swearing so we found it hard to deal with them directly regarding this issue.

The mechanic bill is $7500. Discounting the truck $1000 isn't going to help anything. The company refused to talk to us calmly and was rude to us first. They refused to send the title. I just got it in the mail 3 weeks after the truck was purchased, they screened our calls, and every time you ask to talk to the owner the guy on the phone is rude, and surprisingly he's always out of the office

I said it would be nice to get reimbursed for my gas, but I had no number in mind. That would have to be up to them. He told me he would check with the owners and get back to me the same day. That evening he called back and offered me $250, as long as that would be satisfactory and I would resolve this complaint with the Revdex.com. I agreed.
