My name is [redacted] I am the owner of Midwest Direct Auto LLC. [redacted] did in fact purchase a 2012 chevrolet camaro from me on 6/16/2015. On 6/08/2015 he inquired about this car that he had seen on my eBay ad. My ad did state...

miles were "approx 9000". I was still driving the car at the time I placed the ad, in which the ad lasts 1 week. Then it took 8 days till purchase date. On top of that Mr. [redacted] wanted me to deliver the car to St. louis, which is approx 150 miles. So 15 days passed by the time we first spoke about the car and him flying in to check it over and the car had approx 10,000 miles on it when he picked it up. Mr. [redacted] inspected the car fully upon delivery to St. Louis and was completely satisfied with the condition and miles of the car. He also stated in his complaint that I claimed it had a warranty and it didnt. In my eBay ad I did check the box that it had manufacturers warranty, being that it met the criteria of chevrolets warranty guidelines. I told him over the phone when we first spoke on 6/08/2015 that there was absolutely no warranty on this car by me or my dealership. He was fine with that and we proceeded with the deal. Mr. [redacted] has also stated that I failed to disclose previous damage and salvage title status. I purchased this car with a clean title. I sold the car to mr. [redacted] with a clean missouri title. when I purchased it I ran a vehicle history report and it showed no accidents and nothing about salvage history. I had absolutely no way of knowing that this car ever was involved in an accident. furthermore, accident history was never brought up in any discussion that mr. [redacted] and I had. it was never an issue. if I had known about any accident history I would have certainly disclosed it. I am a very small dealer. I pride myself in being an honest salesman. I treat people how I would want to be treated in the sale of a vehicle. I went above and beyond to make mr. [redacted] happy in this transaction, and I feel I did my part as a business owner.
