Hello,
A voluntary repossession form was signed by the client on July 12th and Acadia Toyota faxed this form to Toyota Financial Services (TFS)
the same dayIf a stop payment was not put on the account by the client at this time then presumably TFS would continue to attempt to take the paymentsThe lease is between TFS and the clientThe client needs to contact TFS in order to request any refund of payments

early March stating the rear differential needed to be replaced according to an outside technician not a *** TechnicianThe dealership inspected the vehicle at no charge and found it was in fact the viscous coupling that needed to be replacedThe dealership provided a quote on the jobThe six months between the purchase of the vehicle and the client complaint of the issue is outside the goodwill time frame of the dealership and therefore cannot be covered nor the loan paid out

I do not accept their response as rhey are not willing to make it rightthis is rhe second vehicle back to back with major repairs issues and makes me to believe they do not inspect used cars before offering them to the public even if they were to take the car back as a trade in I will still owe ***to the bank with no cari would ask they pay for ***i feel I was taken advantage of thru their lack of offering good quality used carsso at the end of the day this car is not worth the ***after repairs

did not disclose the 1100.00 he added on as a gratuity for himself. [redacted] told me when I called him for a second time he said that the extra was placed on this loan because [redacted] had gotten me a low** int**est rate. How nice that at my expense this finance manag** can write his own check . This I did not see he pushed me through I had no reason to think he was dishonest, had I had seen that at the time I would have walked. He [redacted] had also told me that in three months he would renegotiate my loan . When I called him aft** discov**ing the ov** charge for admin fee he said in a loud voice that he told me in two years we would renegotiate a bett** rate caught in a lie right off the bat I knew then something was wrong.

To whom it may concern,
I have read through the complaint and understand your frustrations. The Dealership should have done a...

much better in explaining the process of the "paper trade" (buying a vehicle from another party through the dealership) especially when out of province licensing his involved. We are at the mercy of the laws for proper licencing and this is why it is usually not just a matter of being in and out.
The administration fee is for just that reason, preparing the documents and arranging the licensing. I am aware you would still need to visit the [redacted] office, but we have work to be done on the ** side as well.
We cannot refund the administration fee as it is for the service performed. I will look at the amount of the licencing fee and the cost associated with the transaction at Service ** and if it is more then the cost will definitely refund the difference.
I apologize that no one has since returned your call. I am available if you wish.

Last year I purchased the [redacted] (that I traded into you) from [redacted] (in **). [redacted]I wasted half a day in Moncton - I got lost and when when [redacted] asked me to come back to the dealership I begged him to meet me with the paperwork as I was already lost[redacted] When I got back I still had to wait around for another half hour.
as for the administration fee - you didn't do anything on my behalf - You have the truck for a week before I got there and you didn't even take off the old plates from the previous owner - I had to wait for you to do that as well - you didn't clean the truck, look it over nothing - you gave it to me as is...I have emails from [redacted] stating very clearly this would be a "paper trade only" so what am I missing here - [redacted] to trade papers [redacted]
