Jeremiah and his team did a great job with our roof replacement. With a 2-year-old and a newborn at home, it was a blessing to have Midwest Elite handle the insurance claim for us. Jeremiah was great at communicating throughout all aspects of the job via text, email, and phone calls. Jeremiah has a good eye for detail and he even caught a couple of things that our insurance company missed. We always felt like he had our backs. We recommend Jeremiah and his team!

GREAT GREAT Company! I was in a pinch and needed my roof repaired quickly due to a tree falling and Jeremiah had his team on it right away. He communicated everything along the way. I had reached out to several companies and was having a hard time with communication from each of them so the text updates and follow through from Jeremiah was a relief.

Trustworthy, professional, timely. Jeremiah fit us into his schedule on a very tight timeline, working with us in order to meet an insurance deadline. The roof needing replaced was for our AirBnB, and he coordinated deliveries and repairs so as not to disrupt the guest who was staying there and to get the repair done in time for us to maintain insurance coverage. Great experience in a world where so many contractors can be so difficult to work with.

In the busiest season for Roofers they were happy to help me out. I was referred to them and was not disappointed. Hard to find customer service like this these days. The owner and one of his employees came out and got my roof fixed the same day. Highly recommend Midwest Exteriors!
