August 16, 2017Revdex.comHoliday Drive, Suite 220Pittsburgh, PA 15220RE: Complaint ***Dear Ms***,We received the complaint regarding our technician soaking a carpet in the homeowners’ basementAlthough there are some inconsistencies in the complaint between what the
customer stated and what our technician and one of the owners of MrWaterheater who spoke to the homeowners reported, our technician did admit that he got the carpet wet in the process of draining the water heater. We told the customers we would have a company called *** ** contact them about drying/cleaning the carpet *** ** was supposed to invoice us for their work, but they had mistakenly told the homeowner that they would be responsible for paymentWe had found this out through another complaint filed with Angie's List, When we received the complaint through Angie’s List on Friday morning (August 11,2017), one of the owners of MrWaterheater left a message for the customers explaining that they were not responsible for paying for the cleacubag/drying of the carpetHe also stated that we can reimburse them money for their inconvenience. We have no problem reimbursing the customers for the inconvenience, and we apologize for the miscommunication between the restoration company and the homeowners.Sincerely,John S*** ***MrWaterheater, President
