I am rejecting this response because:Mr*** never communicated with me that he told the finance company I made a down payment of $to the lenderI was unaware of this (until I seen the contract in my email)I was thinking I would get denied and I expressed my concern to him of thatHe stated, "I can get the lender to do whatever I want them to"The business he has with my son, is just that, between him and my sonWhen I was wearily trying to make contact with him during the time I could still get out of my contract, he was unavailable and completely unreachableI never sent any harassing text messagesI had tried to make contact with him once and it was undeliverableHe made a choice to make himself unavailable during the time frame I could still get out of my contractNo matter how you look at it, it's a shady dealHe has issues with my son and he's bringing him into the business deal he made with meThat wasn't the deal, the deal was I wanted out of my contract, and still doThe whole thing was done very shady, and I was taken advantage ofI have absolutely no money to pay for this and he needs to come and get his equipment that I figured I would be denied through the finance company anywayWhat kind of a business deal is it anyway when people have to lie on a lender contract for customers to get approved? I really don't want to go back and forth with this person who has such a questionable character to begin withShow me where to sign, it should be as easy to do as it was for me the first time. No more responses would be great, the machine is boxed up and ready to go

Let me start by saying [redacted] son [redacted] was gonna work with Midwest in marketing. It is a 1099 commissioned position only. For our new guys to participate their only requirement is to set up presentations as to get customers opinions and feedback on the equipment.  [redacted] was [redacted]'s first...

appointment scheduled. I showed her what her son was gonna be doing with us . She decided that she liked the equipment and wanted the equipment.  We agreed with her that she needed it and fit it into the monthly budget that she needed. She did mention that she had some credit issues due to not paying credit cards but we got her approved on Thursday the 6th of October.  The equipment was left and we finished the paperwork Friday the 7th at about 3 or 4 pm.  This was [redacted]'s first purchase he was responsible for. [redacted] owed his mother a bunch of money and the commission was advanced to him to pay part of what he owed his mother back so she could put her down payment of $300 . No zero down program with banged up credit.  Sat at their kitchen table and made that clear. A few days later [redacted] was adamantly trying to borrow money from me and quit when I told him no since I had already filled his tank up with gas..Said he wasn't ready for this right now but that [redacted] still wanted to keep the equipment and he didn't blame her.. Had to go back up on 10/10 to have her resign the contract because she signed her maiden name. Bank required proof of income which she provided and she verified with the finance company 2 days later and she was a happy camper. Said her floor had never been cleaner. I think. She even half way asked me for a position and asked about it for her husband.  [redacted] assumed he had more coming than what he did and got accusatory thru texts so instead of getting mad about it I blocked him. [redacted] wanted me to pay her because he owed her money which legally I cannot do. Blocked her when she would not stop texting.  She emailed Midwest with a bunch more drama and then you folks then the finance company and threw a 4 yr old fit and became defametory and slanderous when she found out she could not get out of the agreement she made with the finance company 10 days after she bought it. She has copies of all the documents she signed thru Docu sign. . [redacted] had plenty of time to return the equipment like anybody else and she chose to keep it.. Everybody has rules to follow including [redacted].    See attached docs.   Thank you
